Valais Blacknose sheep originated in the mountains of Switzerland as dual purpose breed. Their striking appearance and docile temperament make them wonderful additions to any farm.

At Hidden View Farm we have two gorgeous ewes in our Valais breeding flock.

Currently, Valais sheep are imported to the US by frozen embyros or are part of the breed up program utilizing imported semen. So this fall we plan to utilize pure bred donor ram semen via LAI to our ewes for some gorgeous lambs! We also have frozen embyros transplanted in surrogates for even more spring lambs and fun.
